Production blog: Editing
Hello! Its Sloane and today I am going to be talking about my editing apps that I will be using! The editing software I would Like to use is CapCut and LumaFusion. In CapCut the app has several different uses. You can edit videos, use templates, make videos and many other things. Capcut is a easy simple editing app that lots of people use. Capcut can be used through mobile and desktop so its easier for people to use if they don't have computers or don't want to spend a lot of money on an editing app. CapCut is completely free and very easy to use which is why its one of the most used editing apps for mobile use. Capcut is a easy and efficient app that I think will be easy to use during my editing. The other app that I would want to use is LumaFusion. LumaFusion is an award winning video editor that is available on moblie and desktop. Although LumaFusion is known as one of the best editing apps it is quite expensive. LumaFusion is $29.99 just for the app. LumaFusion is known to make your videos come to life and bring everything together, your videos look polished and clean. I would rather use LumaFusion than Capcut because of the quality of both of the apps. In my opinion Capcut has been harder to work with in the past and not everything turns out exactly how want it to. With LumaFusion the reviews make the app seem clean and more professional while still being manageable. I feel like if you were wanting to use a film or professional camera for your commercial it could be harder to transport it to your mobile device or an app that relays on screenshots and downloads. LumaFusion seems easier to transfer work and just has a better wrap to it in my opinion. I've never worked with LumaFusion before but I'm hoping to get more experience with the editing app. Thank you for tuning into another blog and next time we will talk about my pictures and/or sounds!
