Production blog: Editing

 Hello! Welcome back to my blog! Today I will be talking about How my editing is going! Now lets get started! I have started editing my car scene, the cafe scene, the drawing scenes, and the talking scene. Iv'e had a lot of fun doing this project so far. Even though I didn't have any partners to do this project with, it was still fun. I knew filming all this by myself would be hard so I got help from my friends and family to film some of my scenes. I've started to splice my videos together in Capcut and I've added the music so I can get the videos on beat with the cuts. So far my editing is going nicely, i'm mostly through my music video and I just need to fix some things. The process of editing and filming has been very easy. I get to make my own schedule with filming. I also get to choose what I want my cuts and editing to look like without the cut having to go through several people. For my filming I mostly used Eye Level angles to make it easier for editing. I also used tracking shot and pan. For my editing I used Fade-Out, Reverse Shot, and Cross Cutting. I feel like these editing decisions were the best for the story and vibe that I wanted to give off for the video. I know that I will be able to get my music video the way that I want it but I just have to finish up the editing that I want! Thats all for this blog!
